Please wear loose fit and comfortable clothing. Leggings are fine but loose and comfortable clothes may help you move better. Please use bathroom and change prior to entering the studio and tank or t shirt tops are recommend. The studio has heat and air conditioning, if you need something adjusted please let us know.
